The medical jet was an air ambulance specializing in critical care that crashed minutes after takeoff from Northeast Philadelphia airport. The plane had only been airborne for about one minute before crashing, resulting in the deaths of all six Mexican citizens aboard, including an 11-year-old girl who had just received treatment at Shriners Children's Hospital.
