FinalLayer Managed Services Affiliate Terms

Welcome to the FinalLayer Managed Services affiliate program. If you know businesses that would benefit from done-for-you organic presence and brand visibility, we would love to meet them, and we will share the revenue with you when they become customers. This page explains how it works.

These terms apply to referrals of customers for FinalLayer Managed Services made to Kasper, Inc. d/b/a FinalLayer (“FinalLayer”, “we” or “us”). Our Affiliate Program Terms, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (together, the “Program Terms”) also apply, and if they conflict with this page on a Managed Services referral, this page controls. By submitting a referral, you agree to these terms as an affiliate.

1. How referrals work

We keep things simple and may manage Managed Services referrals offline, by email or shared spreadsheet, rather than through our affiliate platform. To refer someone, send an introduction by email to referrals@finallayer.com. A referral counts once we confirm in writing that the prospect is new to FinalLayer, and our records are the record of referrals and payouts.

2. What you earn

You earn 10% of the Managed Services fees we actually receive from each customer you refer, excluding taxes, fees, refunds and pass-through costs (the “full commission”). If the customer receives a discount of 10% or more on their Managed Services fees, your commission is 3%. If the discount is at least 5% but less than 10%, your commission is 5%. If the discount is less than 5%, you earn the full commission.

3. Continuous subscriptions

Your commission continues for as long as the customer’s subscription renews without a gap. If the subscription lapses, is cancelled or goes unpaid, commission for that customer ends and does not restart.

4. Maximums

You earn commission for up to 12 months of continuous subscription, counted from the customer’s first Managed Services start date. Total commission for any one customer is capped at USD 2,000 over the life of that customer.

5. When you get paid

We calculate your commission on each customer payment 4 weeks after we receive that payment, and we release it 6 weeks after we receive it. If we later refund an amount you earned commission on, we may deduct that commission from future payments.

6. If you stop participating

You keep earning commission on customers you referred before you stopped, under Sections 3 and 4, unless your participation ended because of a breach of these terms or the Program Terms.

7. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Updates apply to referrals submitted after the change, and referrals we have already confirmed keep the terms that applied when we confirmed them.
