The Russian drone strikes on Odesa have left approximately 160,000 residents without heat and electricity amid freezing temperatures. Infrastructure damage has been extensive, with close to 500 houses damaged following multiple strikes on residential buildings that occurred late Tuesday. According to the Odesa mayor, the attacks also damaged critical public facilities, including 14 schools, a children's clinic, and several hospitals. This fresh escalation has created a humanitarian crisis as civilians struggle with the harsh winter conditions while lacking basic utilities.
