What is the process for announcing Delhi's new Chief Minister?

According to the report, Delhi's new Chief Minister will be announced following a BJP legislative party meeting scheduled for February 19. Once party leaders reach consensus on the candidate, the focus will shift to Raj Bhavan where BJP legislature party leaders and MLAs will formally stake their claim before the Governor to form a new government. The oath-taking ceremony for the new Chief Minister is planned for February 20. Several potential candidates are in consideration, including Parvesh Singh Verma (who defeated former CM Arvind Kejriwal), Vijendra Gupta, Virendra Sachadeva, and Bansuri Swaraj.
