Post ideas aren’t relevant to my interests
Review your selected topics. You may have too many topics selected (keep it under 20) or topics that are too broad. Refine your topic selection to be more specific to your niche. The system learns from your behavior; save ideas you like and skip ones you don’t to help the system understand your preferences better.
Generated posts are too long/short
Use the prompt box to specify length requirements for individual posts. Add “keep this post short” or “make this detailed and comprehensive” to your prompt. You can also add reference posts that match your desired length; if you want shorter posts, include more short-form references and turn off longer ones.
Images don’t match my brand
Edit the AI-generated image prompt to include your specific brand colors, fonts, and style guidelines. For consistent results, upload a reference image that represents your desired aesthetic. Include brand elements like directly in the image generation prompt.
Not getting post ideas in my industry
Ensure you’ve selected relevant topics that align with your industry. Topics are refreshed hourly, so check back regularly. You can also use the prompt box with URLs from industry articles; the research agent will find related sources and generate relevant post ideas based on current industry discussions.
Scheduled posts aren’t publishing
Check your LinkedIn connection status in settings. If disconnected, reconnect your account. Verify that you haven’t exceeded LinkedIn’s posting limits. Review your scheduled posts to ensure times are set correctly and posts haven’t been accidentally paused.
Can’t find saved ideas
Go to the Saved Ideas section. Ideas are only retrievable through this feature; if you don’t save them when they appear, they’re gone. Make it a habit to save any idea you might want to revisit later, as the feed continuously refreshes with new suggestions.
Generated content feels too generic
Add more specific context in the prompt box. Include your unique perspective, personal experiences, or specific examples you want incorporated. The more detailed your input, the more personalized the output. Also ensure your reference posts showcase your unique voice; generic references produce generic content.
Posts aren’t getting engagement
Review your posting time; try peak hours (Tuesday-Thursday, 8-10 AM or 12-2 PM). Ensure your first line is compelling enough to make people click “see more.” Use the prompt box to request questions at the end of posts to encourage comments. Engagement also requires you to be active; comment on others’ posts before sharing your own.
Can’t connect my LinkedIn account
Ensure you’re logged into the correct LinkedIn account in your browser. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try reconnecting. Check that you’ve granted necessary permissions during the connection process. If issues persist, try a different browser or disable browser extensions that might interfere with authentication.
Topics not refreshing
Topics refresh hourly, but you need to reload your feed to see updates. If topics still aren’t updating, check your internet connection. Try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, your topic selections might be too niche; broaden slightly to see more frequent updates.
Can’t upload reference images for image generation
Check that your image file is in a supported format and under the size limit. Try compressing your image if it’s too large. Ensure your browser has permission to access files. If issues continue, try uploading from a different device or browser.
System not learning from my posting behavior
The system learns over time through your interactions. Consistently save ideas you like, use similar reference posts, and maintain regular posting. Learning happens gradually; give it 2-3 weeks of consistent use. If specific patterns aren’t being recognized, be more explicit in the prompt box about what you want.
Unble to schedule posts for company page
Verify that you have admin permissions for the company page you’re trying to post to. Check that the company page is properly connected in your settings. LinkedIn requires specific permissions for company page posting; you may need to reconnect with the correct authorization level.
