# What is Personalization?

>  With Personalization enabled, every LinkedIn post reflects your voice, vocabulary, and storytelling style to strengthen your personal brand.

The Personalization Agent is FinalLayer's advanced AI feature that analyzes your existing LinkedIn content to learn and replicate your unique writing style. It creates content that sounds exactly like you, matching your vocabulary, tone, sentence structure, and communication patterns.

## Enable Personalization by following these steps:

  <Step>Go to **"Personalization"** in the side navbar</Step>
  <Step>The personalization agent is on by default. You can choose to turn it off</Step>
  <Step>In the reference posts section, add samples of your best LinkedIn posts</Step>
  <Step>The agent will begin analyzing your LinkedIn writing style</Step>
  <Step>Wait for the analysis to finish (usually takes a few minutes)</Step>
